After purchasing, you will receive an email with links to download your files. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it send an email to fun@kidsescaperoom.ca & we will resend the links to you.

Downloading the files works best on a computer. If you receive errors trying to download the files on your phone or tablet just send us an email & we can send the files another way.
